Sea World

 
And then we went on to Los Angeles to spend Christmas with family. Our present this year to the children was a trip to Sea World - perfect when you have to travel and are concerned with the number of suitcases you travel with. And perfect because we ALL had the best day there!

Such amazing shows: Shamu and the other killer whales were of course unbeatable, but the dolphin show and the seal/otter shows were also fantastic. To top it all the children went to train a dolphin with one of the instructors - not IN the water but close enough. I am now the only one in the family who has never touched a dolphin....

 
I think we will be back here one day - it really is a fun place for the entire family!

 

Back in Boston/Easton

 

After exactly one year we returned for a quick visit to Easton. What a treat! Our amazing friends had arranged so many fun things for us while we were there and although we didn't get to see too many of you we loved every minute of the time we did get to spend with the few. 

 

Girls had so much fun getting their nails painted, doing crafts, practising dance moves and well, doing what girls do best: have fun together!

The boys had a blast too - playing outside as much as possible and of course nothing beats playing in the snow with friends!

We visited Moreau Hall and Madeleine spent the entire days with her wonderful teacher and class mates from last year while Mathias spent lunch and recess with his "old" class. Thank you tachers for helping arrange this very special treat for us all!
